Returns/Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for The Hessian Collection items, unless there are factory defects with items.If there is a problem or fault with the item purchased, we will happily accept any items for an exchange. Items must not be worn or washed and must be sentwith a receipt of sale and packaging still intact (excluding shipping fees).
Customers intending to exchange based on a fault must do so within one week of receiving the items. Return shipping costs are responsibility of customer and are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged merchandised to arrive will vary. If you are an international customer (outside of Australia), The Hessian Collection nor Jetset Times SHOP are responsible for any lost items once they have left our hands.
