Return Policy
At Jetset Times, we care about your satisfaction. If there is ever any issues with your order, we will do our best to provide a solution as best to our abilities.
Jetset Times SHOP offers an extensive color range and a wide variety of leathers that various lighting conditions or screen calibrations may result in a slightly different perception of the real color/shade of the bag. If you have any doubts about the color or its shade, please email us at contact@jetsettimes.com so we can assist and guide you in the right decision.
Here's our return policy:
- We require all customers to check your item thoroughly upon receiving your delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs.
- The item must be in its original box, unused, and include all parts and accessories.
- Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the bag was ordered during a free shipping campaign, refunded amount will be reduced by the actual costs for delivery of the bag to you (approximately EUR 20-40 depending on your location.)
- Please note that international customs duties, VAT and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments. If you are returning an item from outside of the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid in order for us to receive your item. We advise that you contact your chosen postal service provider for further information.
- Personalized, customized, bespoke and engraved items cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged.
Returning a Damaged or Defective Product:
- In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 24 hours upon receiving the delivery. A fault is a defect in appearance or function and should be apparent immediately or after initial use.
- Contact us at contact@jetsettimes.com immediately regarding the defect. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund you or send a replacement.
After we receive the returned item, we will reimburse your payment within 7 business working days.
