Buying online is tough - you can’t really feel the item, hold it, touch it or try it on. So, if you received an order and the product is too big or small or heavy or uncomfortable, contact our customer service by email at email@example.com
For bags, jewelries and accessories: you can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the delivery date.
- All returns must be in perfect, unused condition with tags still attached and with their original packaging.
- Item must be in an original box with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
- Postage is at buyers cost. Please keep receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
- Please use a tracking system when you ship the item.
For swimwear and loungewear:
Unfortunately, based on hygienic reasons, we DO NOT provide returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the merchandise.
If there is a problem or fault with the item purchased, we will happily accept items for an exchange or store credit, however, the item(s) must not have been worn or washed and must be provided to us with a receipt of sale and packaging still intact (excludes shipping fees). Customers intending to exchange based on a fault must do so within one week of receiving the items.
