Returned packages
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving it. Lost packages
In case your package becomes lost during transit, please contact us after 20 days from time of shipping date and we'll work with you to locate your item.
Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are processed within seven days after original item is returned. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Please note, refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds are issued via PayPal.
