"We booked an off-road Cabo Pulmo Jeep tour for our vacation in July. We had a group of 10 of us so we took 2 Jeeps for us to drive and two additional people (older teenage boys) rode with our guides Bob and Sergio. We had been experiencing cancellations of several of our vacation activities because of rough weather from a hurricane that was offshore. On the day of this tour, we actually had gorgeous sunny weather, but we could not do the snorkel portion of the tour.
Bob and Sergio modified the tour and we went off-road driving along the coast about 2 hours down through through La Fortuna and El Cardoncito to Cabo Pulmo and then headed inland (about an hour drive) to the Cascada Sol de Mayo Park. Upon arriving at the park, there is a small parking area and you have to pay a small entrance fee, but it is only about $10 per person and was included in the cost of our tour. The hike down to the waterfall is pretty steep, you need a very good pair of shoes and it is not for the faint of heart!
Once at the bottom of the canyon, the water is crystal clear and the setting is gorgeous. It is a little remote, but that means that you may be the only group there!
After hiking back out (a lot more difficult than hiking in!) we went to have lunch at a wonderful little local café - Los Agaves Restaurant in Miraflores. The lunch was served by the owner and then he brought out some wonderfully fresh mango for us to enjoy before heading back to our resort.
We so enjoyed the mangoes that he actually gave us a grocery bag with mangoes to enjoy during the rest of our vacation!
This is the second time that we had booked a Jeep tour with High Tide Expeditions. We were pleasantly surprised to see Bob as our guide again. Bob and Sergio relate very well to both the adults in the group and the teens. They were able to modify our tour so that we had a wonderful day even though we couldn't enjoy the snorkeling that we had planned on. Their willingness to adjust plans and their knowledge of the area attest to the way that this company is run - with a great dedication to customer service and a wonderful attention to detail! Something that is not always found today."

"We had a great time touring the Los Cabos area by Jeep. Our guide Sergio was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and the best places to go snorkeling. I would definitely recommend the Jeep Tour with High Tides Sea Expedition."
"The Jeep tour is an absolute necessity while you are in Cabo! While I can say this is likely not for everyone, any of you who are in for a great adventure, beautiful drive, exclusive/exotic beaches, world class snorkeling, surfing, views you'll not get anywhere else, and an overall experience that lets you see the coast as a local will fall in love with this drive and experience.
Our tour guide, Bob, was awesome. He was very informative and one of the most laid back guys around. He sat back and relaxed an let us take the reigns the whole time. He even showed me a great little store to grab some burritos on the way in!
The dirt roads are bumpy and the driving, while not too technical, could be a challenge for some people who aren't used to truly driving a Jeep. We had zero difficulty and 100% fun, but I could imagine older or higher maintenance people not finding enough luxury in this trip. The snorkeling was above and beyond what i expected, although I really didn't know what to expect at all. The water was beautiful and calm and the fish were abundant and beautiful.
I would suggest this trip to any and everyone who asked me, just keep in mind that it isn't a plush luxury adventure. If you'er into true one of a kind adventures that let you experience Cabo the way you want, this is for you!"

"We booked our Jeep tour through cabosanlucastours.net and they outsourced to High Tide. We had a fun time on our private Jeep tour. Our guide was Carlos and he was great! He spoke excellent English. The Jeep tour was all day so there is a lot of time in the car but Carlos was very informative and would stop at several spots along the way to point out different things about the area. We stopped to snorkel at a remote beach and we also stopped at a very yummy taqueria in San Jose. It was a great way to see the area and learn more about it. Carlos also does other tours as well such as surf lessons and kayak tours (just FYI) so ask for him!"

"My wife, 17yr old son, and myself booked the 7hr private jeep tour. Sergio was so accommodating right from the start. We were never rushed and completely in control of what activities we wanted to do. He is so kind and knowledgeable you feel comfortable and confident right away. You will feel like your day was tailor made just for you. We would all highly recommend this trip and plan to use them when we return. Thanks for a wonderful time Sergio."
