"We are staying at The Grand Solomar Lands End Resort and Alejandro (Alex) picked us up today and took us to San Jose for the wonderful Art Walk. He was punctual (early actually), super polite and extremely knowledgeable about both San Jose and Cabos. His English is also excellent which helped a lot!! He took us to the estuary in San Jose as well as to the oldest church in the center of town, and also showed us a few other places like the Government offices where the Mayor's offices are before we walked around to see the art. He knew a lot about the history of San Jose, as well as the good places to visit around town, and was extremely patient with us. When we come back, we want him as our guide again and would love to do a different trip with him as he was so easy to be around. Thanks High Tide for a wonderful adventure and for hiring quality people like Alex to show us around."

"Gabriel picked us up at our resort and he was so personable. Talked to us the entire way to San Jose about the city and it's culture. He then showed us around the Art Walk and gave us time on our own. After, we went to a local diner for dinner where the food was fantastic and we felt like a part of the city. This tour was amazing but it would not have been the same without Gabriel. Such a wonderful young man."

"We went on the Thursday evening San Jose Art Walk, guided by Rodrigo. The benefit of having a guide, rather than going to the Art Walk on your own, is that the guide can give you an insider's look at San Jose del Cabo's growing art scene. Since we are not hard-core shoppers, Rodrigo tailored our tour to visit a few galleries he found interesting from an architectural and artistic standpoint. So, the tour didn't seem like a "canned" or scripted tour.
Rodrigo, an Argentine transplant to San Jose del Cabo, was a perfect guide. While laid-back (we liked that), he definitely has a knowledge and appreciation for art. His professionalism, intelligence and willingness to share his experiences added so much to our evening. Rodrigo knew all the locals and introduced us to artists and gallery owners and managers. We felt as if we had an insider's tour of the San Jose del Cabo gallery scene.
After our gallery walk, we had a wonderful organic pizza dinner in the back patio of one of the galleries. It was like entering a secret garden. During dinner, we had a chance to talk with Rodrigo about life in the Los Cabos area, the best time of the year to visit in order to see sea turtles, whales, go hiking, etc. We feel we've made a 'friend' in San Jose and look forward to booking with High Tide again and having Rodrigo show us more!"

"My husband and I did the High Tide Santiago Jeep Safari and San Jose del Cabo Art Walk excursions. Our guide Che was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and flora. We had a great time and took a ton of pictures. Che was very easy going and catered the tour to us. We would highly recommend these tours."
