Returned packages
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving it. In case your package is sent back due to being unclaimed or sent to wrong address, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs if you would like the package to be shipped back to your location. If you would like to return your item for whatever reason, please email us at contact@jetsettimes.com.
Lost packages
In case your package becomes lost during transit, please contact us after 20 days from time of shipping date and we'll work with you to locate your item.
Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are processed within seven days after original item is returned. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Please note, refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds are issued via PayPal. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged unregistered packages sent back, so please be sure to use a reliable shipping service with tracking when returning or exchanging items.
